About Me
Staci Leibson is the parent of a son, Jude Leibson, who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in January 2022. Since then, Jude and Staci enjoy scouring the tristate area for the best Gluten Free foods around! Subsequent to Jude’s diagnosis Staci noticed there was not a lot of research being done for Celiac Disease in pediatric patients. Staci along with her business partner, Marci started a not-for-profit charity called Community4Celiac. Staci lives with her husband Alex and their two other wonderful children Dash and Pace, in addition to Jude.
Education: Staci has her undergraduate degree from Towson University in Social Work and four master’s degrees in both Childhood General and Special Education from Hofstra University.
Life Coach: Transitioning from teaching special and general education to becoming a life coach is a natural progression, particularly with an undergraduate degree in social work. Staci’s background in education has given her a strong foundation in understanding diverse learning needs, building relationships, and fostering personal growth. Having her undergraduate degree in social work and teaching for more than 8 years, she has developed essential skills in active listening, empathy, and problem-solving, which are key components of life coaching. Combining her experience in education with her social work training, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges of living with Celiac Disease, set meaningful goals, and achieve personal transformation. Becoming a life coach allows her to extend her support to a wider audience, guiding clients through life's transitions and empowering them to realize their full potential.
