Family Coaching

My family sessions will typically focus on helping family members understand the challenges of living with Celiac Disease and fostering supportive communication and behavior. These sessions could involve educating family members about managing the disease, addressing emotional aspects such as stress or frustration, and creating a cohesive plan for maintaining a safe and healthy environment. If wanted, I will also work with the family to improve overall dynamics, encourage empathy, and set mutual goals for the well-being of both the individual with Celiac Disease and the family.
